Sofas & sectionals

Tell us the size, number of sections and which cushions need cleaning. Photos help us understand the furniture and prepare an accurate scope.

Chairs & upholstered seating

Ask about armchairs, dining chairs and other fabric seating. Suitability is confirmed for each item before it is included in the cleaning plan.

Spots & problem areas

Point out spills, heavily used areas and odor concerns. We discuss what cleaning may improve and any limitations caused by age, wear or previous treatments.

Upholstery cleaning questions

Can you clean every type of upholstery?

No single cleaning method suits every fabric. Share the care label and photos so we can review the material and condition. Some fabrics may need a specialist or a method outside our offered scope.

Will every stain or odor come out?

Results depend on the fabric, what caused the mark, how long it has been there and any previous treatment. Permanent staining, damage and odors below the fabric may remain after cleaning.

How long will my furniture take to dry?

Drying varies with the fabric, cleaning method, airflow and room conditions. We discuss the expected drying guidance for your items. Wait until they are fully dry before using them.

Do I need to move the furniture?

Please remove small belongings and provide clear access. Tell us about heavy pieces, stairs or tight spaces in advance so any moving requirements can be agreed on.

Can I combine upholstery and carpet cleaning?

Ask us to quote both in the same visit. We can review your furniture alongside the rooms needing carpet cleaning, subject to suitability and scheduling.
