A seasonal reset with a room-by-room plan

Spring is a useful time to revisit the details that routine upkeep can leave behind. We plan the work around your home’s condition, the spaces you use most and the level of detail you want. You can choose a few priority rooms or discuss a broader home cleaning.

Busy living spaces

Give accessible furniture surfaces, ledges, baseboards and floor edges extra attention.

Kitchens & bathrooms

Address everyday buildup on agreed surfaces, with suitable methods for the materials in your home.

Overlooked details

Ask about reachable ceiling fans, light fixtures, windowsills and exterior vent covers.

What can your spring cleaning include?

These are starting points for your quote. The final checklist, safe access and any additional services are confirmed before the appointment.

Kitchens

Counters, sinks, backsplashes, appliance exteriors, cabinet fronts and suitable floor cleaning.

Bathrooms

Toilets, sinks, mirrors, tubs, showers and accessible tiled surfaces, plus floor edges and floors.

Bedrooms & living areas

Dusting accessible surfaces, vacuuming carpets and rugs, and cleaning appropriate hard-floor surfaces.

Reachable details

Baseboards, doors, handles, windowsills, accessible ledges and selected high dusting areas.

Choose the extras that matter to you

Some seasonal tasks need extra time or a different method. Ask us to assess and quote these separately:

  • Oven or refrigerator interiors.
  • Emptied cabinets, drawers or pantry shelves.
  • Interior window glass, tracks and detailed window work.
  • Specialty carpet, upholstery, tile and wood floor care.
  • Cleaning behind appliances when access has been arranged.

Spring cleaning or deep cleaning?

Spring cleaning describes the occasion: a seasonal refresh. Residential deep cleaning describes a more detailed level of work for accumulated dirt and overlooked areas. Your spring visit can use a deep-cleaning checklist where needed, with the actual scope based on your home.

For ongoing upkeep, return to Residential Cleaning. For a more selective list of rooms or tasks, explore Custom Cleaning.

Prepare for a productive visit

  • Clear counters, floors and the surfaces in your agreed checklist.
  • Put away valuables, personal papers, fragile items and decorations that should not be handled.
  • Confirm access, parking, water and electricity, and let us know about pets and building rules.
  • Point out damaged finishes, delicate materials and product preferences before cleaning.

Empty cabinets or appliances only when those interiors are part of the agreed quote. If you would like organizing or laundry help, request it separately so availability, tasks and time can be confirmed.

Questions about spring cleaning

Is spring cleaning only available in spring?

You can request a seasonal reset whenever your home needs one. Tell us your preferred date so we can check availability.

Is every room included?

The rooms and tasks are agreed in your quote. You can prioritize selected areas or discuss a wider home visit.

Are windows and appliance interiors included?

They are not automatically included. Request interior window work, oven or refrigerator interiors, and emptied cabinet interiors so we can assess and price them.

Does spring cleaning include organizing?

Organizing and laundry are separate requests. Describe the help you want before booking so we can confirm which tasks are available and how much time to allow.

Can spring cleaning help with dust?

The visit can address dust on the accessible surfaces in your checklist. It is a cleaning service and does not promise allergen removal, improved health or a dust-free home.

How much will my spring cleaning cost?

Pricing depends on home size, condition, selected rooms, access and requested extras. Photos and your priorities help us prepare the quote.
