A floor cleaning plan built around the surface

Expert floor care starts with understanding what is underfoot. We confirm the material, finish and condition before agreeing on the cleaning method.

  1. Inspect and discuss

Review floor types, wear, buildup and problem areas. Share any manufacturer instructions, past coatings or products used on the floor.

  2. Define the scope

Agree on the rooms, accessible areas, furniture handling and any special treatment. Discuss realistic results for stains, damage and worn finishes.

  3. Clean with a suitable method

Remove loose soil, then use surface-appropriate products and equipment. Carpet extraction, tile cleaning and wood or vinyl care each need their own approach.

  4. Review and plan access

Look over the cleaned areas and discuss remaining marks. Get guidance on drying, foot traffic and when furniture or rugs can be returned.

Floor cleaning questions

Can you clean different floor types in one visit?

Tell us which surfaces you want included. We can discuss a combined proposal and confirm the equipment, time and access needed for each area before scheduling.

My floor looks like wood. How do I know what it is?

It may be hardwood, engineered wood, laminate or luxury vinyl. Photos and product details help us assess it. We confirm suitability before selecting a method.

Will cleaning remove every stain or scratch?

Cleaning addresses removable soil and residue. Permanent staining, scratches, damaged grout and worn finishes may remain. We discuss those limits when reviewing your floor.

Are polishing, sealing or new finishes included?

Only work listed in your quote is included. Ask about any finish-related needs during the assessment. Wood floor deep cleaning does not include sanding, refinishing or recoating.

How soon can we use the floors again?

Drying and access depend on the surface, cleaning method, airflow and conditions in the space. We discuss timing before service and provide instructions for foot traffic, furniture and rugs.

Do we need to move furniture first?

Furniture handling is agreed in advance. Clear small and fragile items, and tell us about larger pieces so the proposal reflects the floor areas we can reach.
