- Let us know whether the home is occupied and what limits access.

After-renovation cleaning questions
Can you clean while we’re living at home?
We can discuss cleaning in an occupied home. Tell us which rooms are in use, who will be present and any access considerations so the visit can be planned around the agreed areas.
When should I schedule the cleaning?
Plan for after dust-producing work is complete and the relevant finishes are ready for cleaning. Further construction activity can leave new dust, so timing matters.
Are cabinet interiors and windows included?
Cabinet interiors and interior glass are optional quoted items. Specify the areas you want cleaned. Exterior window cleaning is outside the standard renovation-cleaning scope.
Can HEPA air scrubbing be added?
Ask about HEPA air scrubbing as an optional proposal item. Suitability and equipment availability must be confirmed. It complements physical dust removal from surfaces.
What about rooms beyond the renovation?
Mention adjoining rooms when requesting your quote. For a detailed clean of the rest of your home, explore our residential deep cleaning service. Carpet, upholstery and tile may need their own cleaning plan.
