Cleaning is based on the agreed scope and the property’s condition. It does not guarantee a security-deposit refund, an inspection result or removal of every stain.

Bathrooms
Toilets, sinks, mirrors, tubs, showers and agreed surfaces, with appropriate floor cleaning. Soap buildup, mineral marks and grout condition need individual assessment.

An empty home gives the team better access to floors, corners and storage areas. If furniture or boxes will remain, list the rooms and surfaces that will be accessible. We will plan the visit around those areas.
Packing, unpacking, furniture moving, repairs and off-site junk removal are not assumed to be included. Please arrange for unwanted items and moving materials to be removed before the agreed cleaning time.
Schedule between moving activities
For move-out cleaning, aim for a time after movers finish and before keys are due. For move-in cleaning, arrange access before deliveries and unpacking when possible. Share your deadline early; availability and completion timing must be confirmed.
Confirm appliance access before the visit
Behind an appliance is a separate access question
We move refrigerators only on ceramic flooring, with handling agreed in advance. On wood, carpet or other flooring, arrange for the refrigerator to be moved before the visit if cleaning that area is included. We do not move dishwashers.
Moving or disconnecting a stove or oven is not assumed to be included. Confirm any access arrangements in advance. Heavy items, high areas and delicate finishes also need a suitable access plan.
Empty the cabinet and appliance interiors included in your quote. Let us know about power, water, manufacturer instructions and any condition that could affect cleaning.

Send your town, approximate home size, room list and moving date. Include photos of buildup, appliance interiors and any areas needing special attention.
2. Agree on the checklist
Confirm the rooms, tasks, condition, requested extras, access arrangements, timing and price. Share building rules or a handover checklist before the appointment.
3. Prepare & review
Clear the agreed work areas and make sure water, electricity and entry are available. Review the completed cleaning against the checklist and tell us about any missed agreed items.
Before the team arrives
- Remove belongings, boxes and waste from the areas to be cleaned, or clearly identify anything that will remain.
- Empty the cabinets, drawers, refrigerator or oven included in the quote and arrange any required appliance access.
- Confirm keys or entry instructions, parking, elevator reservations and building access hours.
- Keep water and electricity available through the cleaning appointment.
- Point out delicate materials, pre-existing damage, product preferences and areas that must not be touched.
- Tell us if movers, contractors or deliveries will overlap with the appointment so we can review the timing.

An empty home offers the clearest access, but tell us if some furniture or belongings will remain. We can discuss accessible rooms and surfaces and confirm whether the request fits.
Are oven, refrigerator and cabinet interiors included?
Only when requested and included in your quote. Describe the interiors and their condition, and arrange for them to be emptied before the visit. Behind-appliance cleaning also depends on agreed access.
Can you follow my landlord’s or property manager’s checklist?
Share it before booking. We will review the cleaning tasks and confirm what can be included. Repairs, repainting, damage and any inspection requirements remain separate from the agreed cleaning service.
Can you guarantee that I get my deposit back?
No. A deposit or inspection decision is made by the landlord or property manager and can depend on the lease, damage and other conditions beyond cleaning.
How far ahead should I book?
Contact us as soon as your moving dates are known. Share your key handover time and any building restrictions. We confirm availability and the appointment before you rely on a particular time.
How much does move-in or move-out cleaning cost?
The quote depends on home size, room count, condition, access, timing and requested extras. Photos and a clear checklist help us assess the work. Any change in conditions or scope may require a revised quote.
